To become a contestant, please fill out the following form. Once we receive your application we will thoroughly review it and give you a decision within 2-8 weeks of receiving your application. If selected to compete as a contestant in The Miss New York Teen of America Pageant, you will be mailed payment forms along with official handbook and rules/prizes/sponsorship/information packet.
